Chair Massage
NEW!!! Chair Massages The benefits of massage are many. It increases circulation, range of motion in joints, decreased pain and restriction of movement, and boosts immune system function. Registration preferred.

Date: Begins Oct 19, Third Thursday of every month
Location: Community Center
Cost: $15/15 mins. - payment at time of service
Time: 10 am – 1 pm
