Hatha Yoga Class and Chair Yoga are run by Jeanne Dziewulski, Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher.
Classes will concentrate on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
