Seymour Recreation Basketball Program is for Seymour residents only.The program consists of two leagues- Girls Recreational Youth League, and Boys Recreational Youth League.

Boys Recreational Youth League
Intermediate Division (3rd - 4th Grade)
Jr Division (5th -6th Grade)
Sr Division (7th -8th Grade)

Divisions are subject to change based on number of registrants.

Where: Various Gyms (Seymour CC, SMS, Chatfield, Bungay)
Scheduled Days: Mondays and Wednesdays (Excluding School Holidays)
(Other days may be assigned due to make-ups or facility availability)
Dates: November- February (Playoffs in March)
