Tai Chi Easy is an approach to learning Tai Chi that makes it easy and fun. The style includes steps & exercises that improve mobility, breathing and relaxation. The movements don’t require deep bending or squatting. Designed for people of all levels and abilities to learn and participate. Morning or Evening Classes available.
